Small terraced house of 60 m2 on one level, composed of an equipped kitchen, a living room with TV and a sofa, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and separate toilet, laundry area, which can accommodate up to 5 people.

2 twin beds of 90 cm or 1 double bed of 180 cm, 1 bed of 160 cm.

Direct access to the enclosed garden as well as 2 terraces, one private, overlooking the garden on the inner courtyard side (near the large terrace shared by the guest rooms), and the second overlooking the garden, on the street side.

Available, a shed for bicycles and 1 private outdoor parking space next to the gîte on the property.

On site: owners' house, 3 guest rooms (including one upstairs) and a caravan.

Weekly rate, breakfast not included, sheets and towels provided, cleaning included*. (read conditions in internal regulations)

Baby pack (up to 3 years) on request: €35, extra (travel cot, high chair, booster seat, sink stool, changing table/bath)
